A. General Terms
The MYNOG 13 Conference 2026 is an in-person event which will be held at the CCEC@The Vertical, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
By registering to attend the conference, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the MYNOG Code of Conduct. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by being published on the conference website. By attending the Conference after such publication, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as amended.
You acknowledge, understand, and agree that attendance at the Conference will be subject at all times to the Code of Conduct and that should you breach the Code of Conduct, the Organisers reserve the right to exclude you from the Conference, including but not limited to any chat functions or other forms of communications. The Organisers reserve their right to exclude any person from the Conference at their discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any registration fees or any loss or damage resulting from your exclusion from the Conference.
Only delegates who have registered and paid in full are permitted to enter the Conference and MUST wear their badge at all times while on-site at the Conference venue. Please note carefully:
- Lost badges are NOT replaced – any lost badge forfeits any registration fee paid, and you will have to re-register and pay to rejoin the Conference at the prevailing fee rate.
- Badges are NOT transferrable, and misuse of your conference badge will result in you being excluded from the Conference with immediate effect, without refund of any registration fees or entitlement to any loss or damage resulting from their exclusion from the Conference.
B. Registration Fee Schedule
Registration is compulsory for participation at the Conference and will incur a registration fee. Information on what fees apply are set out in Tables 1 to 3 below.

C. Payment Information
Online payments by Credit card for MYNOG 13 Conference 2026 will be processed through Stripe in MYR.
Online Registration
It is highly recommended that you register online well in advance of the Conference start date to secure your attendance. Early registration will assist the Organisers with the planning of the Conference. Delegates who have difficulties in making payment by credit card should contact the Secretariat at secretariat@mynog.org to arrange an alternative payment method.
Delegate Souvenirs
MYNOG Conference souvenirs are reserved for in-person paid delegates only, and are subject to availability.
D. Walk-in Registrants
Walk-in registrants can make on-site conference payment at the Registration Desk on the day of the event, 10th June 2026. Only Cash or QR-based (DuitNow QR) payments are accepted, and must be in MYR, as outlined in the Registration Fee Schedule. Please check the website for Registration Desk Opening Hours. Please prepare the exact amount to pay as change may not be available.
E. Confirmation
Confirmation of registration will be sent to you by email upon completing the online registration form. Please keep it safe for your reference. Should you require an invitation letter to apply for a visa to visit Malaysia please contact the Secretariat. (secretariat@mynog.org)
F. Cancellation of the Conference
If for any reason the Conference is cancelled, the Organisers will refund all registration fees received less bank or credit card charges. MYNOG and all other entities, including but not limited to the host, local organisers and supporting organisations of the event, will NOT be liable for any losses or damage suffered or incurred by the registrant or any other third party arising out of, or in any way connected with, the cancellation of the Conference. Such losses or damage include, but are not limited to, loss of airfare, accommodation deposits or other associated costs or loss or damage to property.
G. Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our event which is highly subsidised to ensure affordability and accessibility to a wider audience, if you cancel or do not attend, the registration fees are non-refundable.
H. Substitution of Registration
If you are unable to attend the training and/or conference, you may appoint a substitute to attend. Please contact secretariat@mynog.org, quote your order number and the new contact details of the substitute registration.
I. Liability
Subject to Section F (Cancellation of the Conference), if you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason other than cancellation of the Conference, the Organisers and other entities including but not limited to, local organisers, the host and supporting organisations of the event, will not be liable for any resulting losses, financial or otherwise, suffered or incurred by the registrant or any other third party. Such losses or damage include, but are not limited to, loss of airfare, accommodation deposits, or other associated costs or loss or damage to property.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organisers have no liability whatsoever for any loss (including consequential loss), damage, expense, claim or proceeding arising out of or in any way connected with the Conference, in respect of:
- Damage to, loss, destruction or loss of use of any real or personal property.
- Any injury to, or disease, or death of persons.
- Pure economic loss suffered by third parties, in respect of any act or omission, negligent, wilful, or otherwise.
Conference presenters who are not employees of the Organisers are solely responsible for the content of their presentations and agree to indemnify the Organisers against any claims of third parties regarding such content, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights.
J. Indemnity
The registrant indemnifies the Organisers against:
- Any claim or proceeding that is made, threatened or commenced against the Organisers; and
- Any direct or indirect cost, liability, loss (including consequential loss), damage or expense (including legal and other professional costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred by or awarded against the Organisers from a claim or proceeding commenced by the registrant, the registrant’s estate or a third party on behalf of the registrant, arising in any way or in connection with the Conference.
K. Privacy Statement
The MYNOG Secretariat respects all delegate privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information provided. This privacy statement describes how the MYNOG Secretariat collects, uses, and protects delegate personal information.
Conference Registration
The MYNOG Secretariat collects personal information to administer its conference and training events. These data are collected via the conference registration portal provided by Pretix ticketing platform. The collected data are used for the purposes of registration and delegate management.
Meeting Booking System
The MYNOG Secretariat uses NIX.CZ‘s Meeting Booking system to allow MYNOG delegates to arrange meetings with each other during the conference days in the dedicated Meet-Me Room at the conference venue.
Both MYNOG and NIX.CZ both undertake to not share the personal data stored on the Meeting Booking tool with any other party. After the event, the Meeting Booking instance MYNOG is using will be deleted.
The term “personal data” as used in this privacy policy refers to information stored by the tool, such as the delegate’s photograph (if provided), organisation, position in the organisation, and email address. Email addresses will not be disclosed to any other delegate, even those using the tool to arrange meetings.
L. Event audio/video recording, photography and live transcript
During the Training, Conference and other meetings taking place as part of the Conference, photographs may be taken by the Organisers and their appointed representatives for use in their publications or other promotional material. In addition, many sessions are subject to video and audio recording for webcasting and archival purposes.
By attending the sessions, you agree to allow the Organisers and their appointed representatives the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish, and republish video and/or audio recordings, photographs, presentations or pictures of you or those in which you may be included. You acknowledge that this information may constitute personal information and that you consent to its collection and use by the Organisers in accordance with the MYNOG Privacy Statement (Section K) and these terms and conditions.
Delegates may take photographs and make audio/video recording for personal, non-commercial use only, provided the act of doing so is not disruptive, intrusive, intimidating, or in breach of intellectual property or privacy rights, and provided that the subject of such photography and audio/video recording consents. Failure to follow these requirements will result in immediate exclusion from the Conference without compensation.
M. Dietary requirements
While the Organisers endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements and tastes, it is not possible to meet all requests or preferences.
N. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regard to disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
