MYNOG PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

The MYNOG Program Committee invites attendees to submit comprehensive presentations, panels, tutorials, lightning talks, and track sessions highlighting cutting-edge and upcoming technologies, as well as industry innovations.

General Presentation Guidelines

  • You will need to submit your presentation in one of the following source files: PPT, PPTX or KEY. (Power Point or Keynote).
  • Presentations should be created with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • It is recommended to use 28-point fonts (larger for titles), to ensure legibility from any point in the room.
  • You will also need to submit a PDF of your presentation for publication on MYNOG’s website.
  • A plain white background is recommended, a yellow background is discouraged.
  • Presentations containing live demos are highly discouraged. If you have a demo you’d like to present, it should be noted in the abstract of your submission. You must also agree to testing during a dress rehearsal before the opening of the conference. Should issues arise during the rehearsal, you will need to have a PC-approved backup prepared.
  • All presentations will be run from the Tech Table. You will be provided with a remote slide advancer.
